In most cases, 3 to 4 months – depending on how heavily the product is applied, pitch of the roof and amount of rain after the treatment is applied. Zinc is the main ingredient in Moss Treatment and it targets the moss at the root resulting in killing it. Leaving moss on your roof will increase the likelihood of damage and take years from the life of your roof. It is a good idea to apply moss treatment every 6 months out of the year.
